Scald the milk with the coffee
Beat the egg yolks slightly
Add the sweetened condensed milk
Gradually add the milk with coffee, stirring slowly
Add the cognac and finally the beaten egg whites
Pour into individual molds and bake in a moderate oven, in a water bath, until a knife comes out clean
Chill in the refrigerator for some hours
Dish off and sprinkle with sweetened condensed milk mixed with strong brewed coffee
Serve 4 portions.
