1 kg of crab with shell

Bring the crab to a boil with water, salt, and black pepper
Let it simmer for 20 minutes
Drain the liquid and remove any shells
Wash the crab and pat it dry
Place the crab in a blender with the cooking liquid and other ingredients
Blend until smooth
Dissolve the gelatin in a small amount of the cooking liquid and add it to the mixture
Pour the mixture into an oiled mold and refrigerate until set
Wrap the mold in aluminum foil and freeze for 4-5 hours before serving
Optional: garnish with crab and serve 8-10 servings.
