Grate the cará using a food processor or blender
Combine with milk, bacon, cheese, salt, and black pepper
Add the egg whites and mix well
Pour into an 15cm diameter buttered mold
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 1 hour or until, when inserting a toothpick, it comes out clean
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and unmold
Cut into 5 pieces.
