In a bowl, combine the caramelized cane sugar with the cheese, egg yolks, butter, and cornstarch
Beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks and carefully fold them into the previous mixture
Place the batter in an ungreased 20cm diameter mold and bake at 200°C for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Let it cool for 12 hours.
