Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, then add the heavy cream, orange liqueur, and corn syrup
Finally, add the milk chocolate shavings
Mix well and refrigerate for about two hours to set
Shape the truffles by hand, without giving them an exact shape
Dip each truffle in the melted white chocolate and place on a parchment-lined surface to dry
Dust with dark chocolate chips and serve.
