1 Melt the sugar in a skillet and spread it at the bottom and sides of a dish
Preheat the oven to 200°C
2 Beat the egg yolks, butter, condensed milk, milk, and coconut in a blender
Transfer to a bowl and add the grated carrots
3 Whip the egg whites until stiff and add the baking powder
Fold in the egg whites gently into the mixture and pour it into the prepared dish
Bake in a water bath until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
