1 x 12-cup container of sugar (180 g)
4 large eggs
2 cups of milk (480 ml)
1/2 cup of melted butter (100 g)
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour (60 g)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of fresh shredded coconut (100 g)
1/2 cup of honey
1 x 12-cup container of sugar (180 g)

Mix all ingredients very well
Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish, in a water bath with warm water
Bake in a preheated medium oven (375°F), for 1 hour or until set
Remove from the oven, let cool and unmold
Serve chilled
