1 cup of milk

1 tablespoon of chopped bell pepper
3 eggs
1 kg of dobradinha
1 can of peas

Cook the dobradinha with water and salt
Prepare a white sauce, melting the butter, adding the flour, and finally the milk, stirring slowly
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened
Grate the cooked dobradinha in a food processor with garlic and bell pepper
Add the white sauce
Combine the grated carrots and peas
Mix very well
Place in a greased mold and bake in the oven
This pudding can be served hot or cold, directly from the mold.
