Wrap the sweet potato in a cloth and squeeze out all the liquid
It should yield 6 cups of pulp
Mix the sweet potato pulp with pineapple, butter, eggs, and honey well
Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish lined with parchment paper
Bake in a medium preheated oven until it starts to brown
Lower the oven temperature and bake until it's firm
Let it cool slightly and serve immediately.
