1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin - 10 g
1 and 1/2 cups of water - 360 ml
7 ounces of dietetic quince jelly

Soak the gelatin in cold water
Let it dissolve in a double boiler
Combine the quince jelly and mix until smooth
Beat the egg whites until stiff, then fold in the gelatin mixture with care
Pour into a glass dish and refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes
If desired, place a small amount of quince jelly on the inside of the dish before adding the mixture, to decorate.
