1 can of green corn
2 cans of whole milk
1 can of sweetened condensed milk

Drain the corn and rinse it

Beat the corn in a blender with whole milk

Strain the mixture and discard any solids

Beat the remaining liquid with sweetened condensed milk and eggs

Caramel: melt sugar in a pudding mold until it's dark brown
Stop stirring and flip the pudding over

Bake the pudding in a water bath until set, then remove from heat and let cool

Turn the pudding out onto a plate, serve chilled.
