One tablespoon of vanilla extract

Milk the corn, strain it through a fine-mesh sieve
Combine the milk with enough condensed milk to equal one can
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well
Pour into a caramelized pudding mold
Bake in a water bath for about 50 minutes
Serve chilled.
