In a blender, beat eggs, sugar, butter, coconut, flour, and milk until smooth
With the sugar, caramelize a medium-sized mold with a hole in the middle, let it cool and place the pudding
Put it in a preheated oven at 200°C in a water bath for about 40 minutes
Let it cool and unmold.
