A delightful dessert to make use of leftover ham
Beat the eggs, add the milk and a pinch of cinnamon to taste
Pour over the ham in a pudding form
Let it rest until the ham is well soaked
Add the raisins
Bake in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream of any flavor.
