2 ripe mangoes
4 bananas
3/4 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon in powder form
3 cups of crushed fresh breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons of melted butter

Peel the mangoes and slice them thinly
Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds
Mix the sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle it over the fruits
Combine the breadcrumbs with the melted butter
Alternate layers of breadcrumbs and fruits in a baking dish, starting and ending with the breadcrumbs, and untainted with butter
Cover with aluminum foil
Bake at moderate temperature for 40 minutes
Remove the aluminum foil and bake until golden brown on top
Serve warm with heavy cream
