Mix bananas with juice and lime rind
Cut the pound cake into cubes
Layer cakes, bananas, and gelatin in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish
Beat eggs, milk, sugar, and rosewater, then pour over cake mixture
Top with butter pieces and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired
Bake at moderate temperature for 30 minutes
Let cool for 8 hours.
