Mix the milk and eggs
Pour over the peach cubes
Add the remaining ingredients and mix lightly
Spread the mixture into a 22 x 22 x 5 cm ungreased baking dish
Place the dish in an oven-safe pan and add hot water to a depth of 5 cm
Bake at moderate temperature (170°C) for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
