Caramel

Place the sugar in the pudding mold and put it over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until caramelized

Distribute the caramel throughout the mold. Reserve

Preheat the oven to medium temperature

Whisk together the eggs, sugar, and butter with a wooden spoon

Add the cheese, flour, and milk, and mix well

Place in the mold and bake in a water bath for one hour and 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean

Remove from the oven and let cool

Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving
