Bake the oven at 350°F
In a blender, beat the butter, sugar, and egg yolks until smooth
Add the ricotta cheese, milk, lime zest, and cornstarch
Mix delicately
Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites
Grease a 9-inch round baking dish with butter and coat with sugar
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for an hour in a water bath
Allow it to cool completely before unmolding
Syrup
In a saucepan, combine the guava jam, water, and bring to a boil until thickened
Let it simmer and then pour over the pudding
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and serve immediately.
