100g of grated coconut

1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
150g of semisweet chocolate chips

White Cream
In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, whole milk, and cornstarch
Add grated coconut and blend well
Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Reserve
Chocolate Cream
In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, whole milk, cornstarch, and unsweetened cocoa powder
Blend well
Heat the mixture in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until fully melted
Assembly
In a pudding mold greased with butter or margarine, layer the white cream and chocolate cream
Refrigerate until set
Unmold and serve.
