Grease a ring mold with butter, measuring 22 cm in diameter. Reserve
In a blender, combine 3 cups of green corn, add milk, and blend until thick and smooth
Transfer to a large bowl and mix in the remaining corn and ingredients
Mix well
Place the mixture into the prepared ring mold
Bake in a preheated oven with a water bath (hot water in a large round dish, reaching 2/3 of its height) for about 1 hour
Assemble by inserting a toothpick into the center of the pudding; it should come out dry
Remove from the oven, let cool, unmold onto a plate, and serve immediately
