Melt the chocolate, water, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat
Bubble the mixture until it thickens
Caramelize a pudding mold with a 22cm diameter
Pudding Time!
In a blender, mix together the condensed milk, milk, eggs, cheese, and cornstarch
Pour the mixture into the prepared mold and place it in a steamer with water up to the middle of the mold
Steam for 15 minutes after the steam starts working
Allow the pudding to cool naturally, open the steamer, remove the pudding, and let it cool completely.
