In a pan, combine the garlic, onion, and olive oil
Bring to low heat and fry until the mixture starts to brown
Increase the heat
Add the peas and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
Blend the peas with the rice in a processor, season with salt
Pass through a strainer gradually
Return to strong heat, stirring until you get a paste that starts to separate from the bottom of the pan
Serve in 6 portions.
