Cut the choruses in half
Next, remove the bones and cook them in boiling water with salt for five minutes
Remove from the water and reserve
In a pan, heat the oil and caramelize the onion
Add the ground meat and season with salt and pepper to taste
Brown the meat until it's dry
After that, mix in the tomato extract and remove from the heat
Stuff the choruses with seasoned meat and arrange them in a refrigerator
Top with grated cheese
Bake in a preheated oven at 2000°C until the cheese is melted
Dust with chili flakes and serve immediately.
