Cut the broccoli, separating the stems from the florets
In a large saucepan, cover the broccoli with water, season with salt and bring to a boil
Reduce heat and simmer until tender (about 12 minutes)
Drain and reserve ten florets
Process the remaining broccoli in a food processor with butter until smooth
Add remaining ingredients and mix well
Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with reserved florets and serve hot
