Dissolve the flour in the remaining milk. Reserve
In a blender, blend the cooked cauliflower, the liquid that formed in the bowl, the dissolved flour, and the remaining ingredients
Transfer to the same bowl, cover, and microwave on high for an additional 5 minutes or until slightly thickened
