1 cup of whipped cream, or 1 can of condensed milk without the serum

In a small bowl, combine the egg whites, sugar, and bananas or strawberries, as well as the lemon juice
Bate with an electric mixer on high speed for about 10 minutes, until stiff peaks form
Add the whipped cream and mix gently
Pour into a rectangular baking dish measuring 31 x 19cm
Cover with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and freeze for 6 hours, or overnight
Cut into squares and garnish with strawberries or bananas
Serves 10.
