4-5 ripe bananas (Prata or Nanica)

Mash the banana with a potato masher, then mix in the sifted chocolate and flour
In a saucepan, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 30 minutes or until it thickens at the bottom
Remove from heat and whisk well with a wooden spoon
On a floured surface, spread the mixture to a thickness of 1 cm
Allow to cool, then cut into squares of 2.5 cm and place in molds
Yields approximately 70 pieces.
