Mix the sugar with the strawberries until the sugar is fully dissolved
Beat the whipped cream in chantilly style
In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form
Combine the whipped cream with the strawberry mixture and finally the egg whites
Pour into a gelatin mold or a 1 liter container and freeze
Serve chilled.
