Grease the pan with butter
Melt all ingredients over low heat, stirring until smooth
Spread at the bottom of the pan
Dough
Preheat oven to medium temperature
Mix water with cocoa powder
Add milk, vanilla extract, and raspberry jelly, mixing well
In a mixer, beat butter with both types of sugar until creamy
Add eggs, beating well
Pulse flour, baking soda, and salt into the egg mixture, alternating with the cocoa mixture
Beat until batter is smooth
Pour into pan and bake for 30 minutes
Remove from pan when warm
Decorate with raspberries and serve immediately.
