Mix the honey with the almond
Heat it and stir constantly until the mixture is dark and reaches the desired consistency
Remove from heat
Add the whipped egg whites
Add the ground hazelnuts or chestnuts
Spread the mixture over the biscuits to a thickness of 1cm, cover with another biscuit
Let it rest for a few days in a closed room until it dries
Cut into squares
Do not let it dry too much.
