For the dough
400g all-purpose flour

Orange zest
1/4 cup light cream
Juice of 1 orange
15 packets of powdered sugar

For the dough
Mix all dough ingredients; add water to obtain a homogeneous mass
Scoop the dough into cheesecake bite molds
For the filling
In a food processor, beat the ricotta cheese, egg yolks, egg whites, orange zest, and light cream
Place the filling inside the cheesecake bite molds
Bake in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes
Remove from oven
Dissolve the powdered sugar in the orange juice; place on top of the baked cheesecake bites
Unmold and serve warm.
