Dough
In a bowl, combine the flour and make a hole in the center
Add the egg, butter, and salt
Mix them together at the center, without joining the flour
Add half a cup of milk and mix everything
Knead well, cover with a cloth, and let it rest for 30 minutes
Grease the molds, and line them with the dough opened up finely
Filling
Bring the water with grated cheese to a boil and stir until it dissolves
Cook until you reach the soft-boil point (test by lifting the liquid with your fingers; the thread should break easily)
Once cooled, add the remaining ingredients except for cinnamon and mix
Preheat the oven to high temperature
Fill the molds, sprinkle with cinnamon, and bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
