1 3/4 cup of milk
2 cups of peanut butter cookies, crushed
250g of cheddar cheese or similar, grated

1 tablespoon of mustard in powder form

Fry the milk in a pan
Add all ingredients except eggs
Stir until the cheese melts
Remove from heat
Gradually add the beaten whites; let it cool slightly
Add the beaten yolks
Place into a refractory form
Bake in a moderate oven for 50 minutes
Cool for 4 to 6 hours
Serve as an afternoon treat
