Stuffing
1 medium onion finely chopped
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of chopped nuts
125g of ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
1 cinnamon stick

Stuffing
1 medium onion finely chopped
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of chopped nuts
125g of ground beef
salt and pepper to taste

Fry the onion slowly in butter until it's translucent
Add the nuts and fry until they lightly browned
Increase heat and add the ground beef
Cook, stirring until the liquids evaporate and the beef starts to brown
Remove from heat
Season to taste with salt, pepper, and cinnamon
Moisten the dough with cold water, take a piece of quibe mixture about the size of an egg, shape into balls, and roll out each ball to smoothness
Make a hole in the center of each ball
Widen the hole to place the stuffing
Close the ball
Mist with cold water to close well
If there are cracks, close them with wet fingers
Place on a greased baking sheet and bake until done
Make about 24 quibes
NOTE: If desired, you can make the quibes without stuffing, simply making the balls (as in previous recipe), then baking them.
