Melt the butter in a skillet over high heat
Add the onion and cook until golden brown
Gradually add the cassava flour, stirring constantly until toasted
Filets
Season the filets with salt and grill them in a hot pan
While that's cooking, melt the butter in another skillet over high heat
Add the garlic and cook until golden brown
Set aside
Serve the filets with the warm butter sauce, accompanied by farofa, white rice, and fried potatoes.
