Sauté the onion in butter until it's translucent
Add the garlic and sauté until it starts to brown
Add the chopped okra and cook over low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until a puree forms
Add the parsley, cumin, nutmeg, salt, and black pepper
Serve immediately.
