Poke the bottom with a fork
Filling:
In a skillet, sauté the garlic and chives in butter for 3 minutes
Season with salt and let cool
Combine remaining ingredients and the filling mixture in a bowl
Mix delicately and pour over the dough
Bake in a medium oven until the custard is golden and set.
