Temper the duck with garlic, onion, salt, and black pepper

Preheat the oven to medium temperature

Place the duck in a baking dish with a little oil and put it in the oven until golden brown

In a pot, combine the tucupi and roasted duck pieces

Bring to a boil over high heat

Reduce the heat and simmer until the sauce thickens

Add more tucupi if needed

Add the jambu leaves and simmer until the stalks are tender
