Pastry
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
1 egg
Filling
3 cups leftover cauliflower and beef mixture
2 eggs
3 yolks
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
Salt, black pepper, and nutmeg to taste
Pastry

Filling

Salt, black pepper, and nutmeg to taste
Pastry: mix flour with salt and black pepper
Add the cold butter cut into small pieces and knead until a thick dough forms
Add the egg and mix until it's well combined
Make a ball with the pastry and wrap it in plastic film
Refrigerate for 10 minutes
Open the pastry and line the bottom and sides of a baking dish
Cover with cauliflower and bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes
Let cool
Filling: mix eggs, yolks, heavy cream, and milk until it forms a creamy mixture
Season with salt, black pepper, and nutmeg and reserve
Spread the filling over the cold pastry and cover with the reserved creamy mixture
Bake in a medium oven for about an hour or until golden brown.
