2 cups of all-purpose flour

In a bowl, combine the flour, egg, water, butter, and salt until you get a homogeneous dough
Shape into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Work the dough with your hands and line the bottom and sides of a quiche dish with 22cm in diameter
Filling
In a pan, heat the olive oil and brown the chicken breast cubes
Let it cool, spread over the dough, and cover with dried tomato
Blend the eggs, nutmeg, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a blender
Pour over the filling and bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
