1 cup of raw okra

Cook the okra in the water with salt to taste for approximately 45 minutes
Clean and prepare the peppers, washing, drying, removing ends and cutting into 2 cm pieces
Set aside
Season the chicken cut into pieces with salt, black pepper, and garlic
Fry in hot oil until tender and golden brown
Remove the chicken using a slotted spoon and in that same oil, sauté the peppers until they start to soften
Remove the peppers and set aside
Combine the okra with the oil and simmer well
Add the chicken and season if necessary with salt and black pepper
Add the peppers
Do not let it boil
Serve immediately
