1 Cut the panettone into medium-sized pieces
Set aside
In a large bowl, whisk together the milk and vanilla extract
Quickly moisten each piece of panettone in the milk mixture
Set aside
2 Beat the eggs just until the whites and yolks are fully incorporated, then dip the bread pieces into the egg mixture
Heat a non-stick skillet greased with butter over medium heat and cook the bread pudding until golden brown
Remove from heat, drain on paper towels, and sprinkle with granulated sugar and ground cinnamon
