In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the cleaned radishes for 3 minutes
In low heat and with the pan covered, add salt and let it roast for another 3 minutes
Set aside
In a skillet, toast the garlic
In a baking dish, place the radishes, mix in the garlic, and sprinkle parsley
