Mix the flour with the salt and place it on a smooth surface
Make a depression in the center, add the egg, and mix with your fingers
Add the water gradually, forming a dough
Work this dough for 10 minutes and shape it into a ball
Cover it with a clean towel and let it rest for 20 minutes
Open the dough as finely as possible and cut it into squares of 10 cm or circles of 7.5 cm
Dust the dough lightly with Cornstarch and stack one piece on top of another
Cover it with a towel to prevent drying out, until ready to use
Around 1/2 kg of dough is needed, approximately, or about 40 squares or circles.
