"Heat the milk in a small saucepan until it's lukewarm"

Add the butter or margarine to the mass and mix carefully until it's homogeneous
Place it in an untapered ring mold of 25 cm diameter, cover, and let it rise again in a protected place for about 1 1/2 hours
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes until the mass is golden brown
Check if a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Remove from the oven, let it rest for 15 minutes, and demold
Soak the babá with the desired glaze, and serve
