1 In a saucepan, place the pineapple with the water over low heat, allowing the liquid to evaporate
Remove from heat and beat well the cooked pineapple and condensed milk in a blender
2 In the same saucepan, bring the puree to a simmer, add the remaining ingredients and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sweet mixture separates from the bottom of the saucepan
