1.5 pounds small shrimp
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 chopped onion
2 diced tomatoes (seeds and peels removed)
1/2 sprig of bay leaves
1 sprig of thyme
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup shrimp broth
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Salt and black pepper to taste

Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion
Add the tomatoes, shrimp, bay leaves, thyme, salt, and pepper; cook for 5 minutes
Add the hot water mixed with the shrimp broth and stir well
Gradually add the all-purpose flour, stirring until a thick cream forms
Let it cool.
