1/2 pound fresh linguiça, peeled
8 tablespoons chopped onion, cut into small squares
4 spoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons chopped salted pork, cut into small squares
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fondor
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fry the peeled and minced linguiça in a small skillet
Remove with a slotted spoon and place in a medium-sized bowl
Add the chopped onion squares and coat with cream
Place the pork fat and linguiça particles in the skillet where the fat remains
Fry the pork until it's tender
Add salt, fondor, and black pepper to taste
Pour over the pork mixture and mix well
Use to stuff a turkey of 8 kg.
