1 pack of breadsticks, crushed
1 egg
1 can of heavy cream with whey

1 Preheat the oven to 180°C
In a pan heat one tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the beef
Season with salt and black pepper to taste and reserve
2 In another pan, caramelize the onion and garlic
Add the bell peppers, olives, peas, corn, carrots, and green beans
3 Check the seasoning, adjust if needed, and mix well
4 Add the beef and tomato sauce and cook for five minutes
Transfer to a serving dish and reserve
5 Break the breadsticks into coarse crumbs, add the beaten egg and heavy cream
Spread over the beef, sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake in the oven to gratinate.
